The Project Manager, as the Principal Agent, effectively becomes the Clients representative. Our core focus, objectives and strategies are to deliver a project that is firmly and uncompromisingly based upon achieving the earliest Return on Investment without compromising on quality. We ensure that the level of work delivered is of an exceptional quality and meets industry specific and brand standards in all disciplines.
STRATEGY
The successful completion of any project is dependent upon the appointment and management of the Project Development Team. Siyakha Sonke will assist the Client with the selection of the Architects, Interior Designer, Quantity Surveyor, Structural Engineer, Mechanical Electrical Plumbing and Draining (MEP) Engineers, Health and Safety Consultant, Audio Visual consultants and FF&E Procurement Agent.
